TWTG is looking for a Sales Support / Administrator who can support our commercial team with excellent organisational skills and proactiveness.
We, at TWTG, specialise in making our customers’ environments smarter, by developing embedded hardware solutions for two market sectors: Industry 4.0 and Energy. Our customers range from global players in the oil and gas industry to national utility suppliers and anywhere in between. We are servicing customers from Rotterdam as well as North and South America, Asia, and the Middle East. Creating IOT sensors, monitors, and indicators, we can provide new solutions to existing problems by giving insight and knowledge to create operational efficiencies and safer places to work.
Our in-house engineers work closely with our end-customers to develop new solutions. Your responsibility, as the Sales Administrator, is to support the commercial teams with all processes of the sales cycle and to facilitate between different functions, such as finance and logistics.

We are looking for an engaged and involved administrator to support the commercial team with a variety of tasks and processes to ensure that we serve our international customers in the best possible way.
In the course of acquiring a new customer, we will be giving presentations and sharing documents, writing proposals, gathering information and sending products to various sites worldwide. This information will have to be logged, stored and processed in line with our internal procedures to ensure that our customers receive good service and accurate information.
