Our in-house development engineers works closely with our end-customers to develop new solutions. It is the translation of the customers’ needs and the development of suitable propositions that will be the responsibility of the Business Development and Sales Expert.

We are looking for an engaged and involved business development expert, who has a proven track record in international sales.
The sales numbers alone are not what counts, it is the finesse in searching out new business opportunities, writing winning proposals and cultivating customer relationships, which make the difference. Being well versed in political and interpersonal skills at different levels of the corporate hierarchy will make you stand out.
With TWTG’s global aspiration, we expect a fair amount of travel but once customer relationships are established, we will of course be able to use technology to streamline communications and relationship maintenance.
The expectation we have for the BD and Sales Expert is to lead the customer liaison on behalf of TWTG and work closely with the Commercial Director to fulfill the Customer and Growth Strategy. Understanding customer needs and translating these into proposals, solutions and successful projects will be a key focus of the role. Generating new sales and maintaining existing customer relationships, whilst searching out new opportunities for exiting and prospective customers also forms part of the responsibilities.
